How are the roses shipped to ensure freshness?
Our roses are cut-to-order and shipped directly from our boutique farms. We use specialized refrigerated packaging and hydration packs to ensure your flowers arrive in peak condition.
What should I do once my roses arrive?
Upon arrival, trim the stems at a 45-degree angle under running water and place them in a clean vase with room temperature water and the included flower food.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
To maintain our high standards of quality and farm-direct freshness, we currently offer next-day delivery for orders placed before our daily cutoff time.
What is your return policy for perishable items?
While we cannot accept returns on live flowers, we offer a 100% Freshness Guarantee. If your roses do not arrive in excellent condition, contact us within 24 hours for a replacement.
Can I include a personalized message with my order?
Yes, you can add a custom message during the checkout process, which will be printed on a premium card and tucked into the bouquet.
How long can I expect my roses to last?
With proper care, including regular water changes and stem trimming, our farm-fresh roses typically last between 7 to 12 days.
